What is the YesStyle Elite Club?
The YesStyle Elite Club
rewards customers by giving them discounts on their YesStyle purchases. Every seven
(7) HK dollars spent or every six (6) RMB (Renminbi) paid with an RMB debit
card at YesStyle.com.hk earns customers one (1) Stylebuck. Once customers
accumulate a certain amount of Stylebucks, they qualify for a
special discount rate applicable towards YesStyle purchases during the next
calendar year. Please refer to the Elite Club's terms and
conditions for more details.
How do I join the YesStyle Elite Club?
Once you sign into your YesStyle account, you are automatically enrolled in the YesStyle Elite Club. All existing YesStyle customers become members of the YesStyle Elite Club without having to sign up. A virtual membership card will be issued to you and can be seen on your My Account page.
What are Stylebucks?
Stylebucks are the currency of choice of the YesStyle Elite Club, and function similar to reward points.
How do I earn Stylebucks?
One Stylebuck is earned for every seven (7) HK dollars spent or every six (6) RMB paid with an RMB debit card on a YesStyle.com.hk item. Shipping charges and purchases made with store credit do not earn Stylebucks. If a sale item is included in the order, the reduced price will be used to calculate the Stylebucks earned.
What discounts can I enjoy as a member of the YesStyle Elite Club?
Regular members receive no discounts on their YesStyle purchases. However, once a Regular member is promoted to Silver or Gold status, a special 5% or 10% discount, respectively, will be applied automatically on all purchases.

How long will my Elite Club membership be valid?
YesStyle Elite Club memberships are valid until the end of each calendar year regardless of the registration date.
How do I renew my Elite Club membership?
There is no need to renew membership once a customer has registered at YesStyle websites. However, in order to maintain your current membership status, your accumulated Stylebucks should meet the minimum amount required each year.
Can I transfer my Stylebucks to another account?
No. Stylebucks earned by a registered YesStyle member may only be used with their corresponding account and cannot be transferred to nor combined with Stylebucks earned on a separate account.
How can I find my current membership status?
Customers can view their membership status and Elite Club benefits on the My Account page.
Will my Stylebucks expire?
Accumulated Stylebucks expire at the end of each calendar year, regardless of the date earned or accumulated amount.
How do I find out how many Stylebucks I currently have?
Customers can view their current Stylebuck balance in the My Account page.
Can returns or other order issues affect my Stylebucks balance?
Yes. Returning unwanted items to YesStyle may result in the deduction of some Stylebucks from your balance based on the refunded amount. However, should there be any order disputes, YesStyle reserves the right to make the final decision on the amount of Stylebucks awarded.
When will my discounts be applicable?
YesStyle Elite Club memberships are reviewed at the end of each calendar year. Members may be upgraded to Silver or Gold status based on the accumulated Stylebucks for the current year. Once the new year begins, you may start enjoying the special discounts eligible for your membership status.
Do my Stylebucks count as Store Credit?
Stylebucks cannot be redeemed as Store Credit.

Will my Elite Club membership status and Stylebucks be applicable at all YesStyle sites?
YesStyle.com, YesStyle.com.au and YesStyle.com.hk offer the same Elite Club membership benefits and terms. All 3 sites also share the same level of accumulated Stylebucks throughout the year, i.e., purchases from all sites qualify you for upgrades in the next calendar year.
If I buy from YesStyle.com.hk, which currency will be used to calculate Stylebucks?
If a customer pays by credit card, Paypal, direct deposit or Alipay, Stylebucks earned from purchases placed on YesStyle.com.hk are based on Hong Kong dollars. One (1) Stylebuck is equivalent to seven (7) Hong Kong dollars . If the customer pays in RMB with an RMB debit card, Stylebucks earned from purchases placed on YesStyle.com.hk are based on RMB. One (1) Stylebuck is equivalent to six (6) RMB.
